Shipping location
All orders are dispatched from local warehouses in France to ensure transparency of tariffs within the European Union.
Processing time
After placing an order, quality inspection and shipment will be completed within 15 to 30 working days (an additional 3 to 5 days is required for custom-made items).
During peak seasons (such as the Christmas season), the delay may be 3 to 5 days, and the system will proactively notify by email.

We adopt mainstream French logistics providers such as DPD and Colissimo, and the entire process is traceable. - Delivery range and cost
Coverage area
Priority is given to domestic France and EU countries (such as Germany and Belgium), and direct mail to North America/Asia is not provided for the time being.
Freight calculation
Within France: Free shipping for orders over €299, with standard shipping fee of €6.99.
Eu countries: Freight charges are automatically calculated by destination (real-time display on the checkout page). - Tracking and signature receipt
Logistics tracking
An email with a tracking link will be sent to the order email address within 48 hours after shipment.
Notes on signature and receipt
Please inspect the goods on the spot. If the outer box is damaged, it can be refused and contact memoryatory@desktabless.com.
If no one signs for the package, it will trigger two free re-deliveries. If it is overdue, it will be returned to the warehouse. - Special Circumstances Explanation

There are no additional tariffs on orders within the European Union. For non-EU regions, buyers are responsible for their own expenses (it is recommended to check local policies in advance).
