Refund / Return Policy

  1. Scope of applicationAll sold table items (including custom-made products and in-stock items) are subject to this policy.
    If the goods are damaged or have serious quality issues (such as structural defects or significant discrepancies from the description) during transportation, please contact us to provide evidence (photos/videos), and we will offer solutions as the situation demands.
  2. Unsupported situations for returns and refunds
    Returns and exchanges are not accepted under the following circumstances:
    Customer subjective reasons (such as color/size not meeting expectations, regret after purchase, etc.);
    Minor appearance defects (such as natural differences in wood grain, negligible scratches);
    Misunderstandings caused by customers’ failure to read the product detail page (such as material descriptions and assembly requirements).
  3. Problem handling process
    If you believe that the goods meet the exceptional conditions (such as damage during transportation) :
    Please send your order number, problem description and evidence to memoryatory@desktabless.com within 24 hours.
    We will review and reply to the solution by email within 3 working days (which may include partial compensation or replacement of parts).
  4. Disclaimer
    Please confirm all parameters on the product detail page (size, material, applicable scenarios, etc.) before placing an order.
    Customized products, due to personalized production, do not accept any form of return or exchange by default.
